Call for proposals: Barcelona Concéntrico x Cruïlla

Following the announcement of the first projects that will be part of the upcoming Concéntrico Festival in Logroño, taking place from June 18 to 23, 2026, we continue to expand the programme with new initiatives.

In the framework of Barcelona World Capital of Architecture 2026, Concéntrico launches a new open call in collaboration with Cruïlla Festival in Barcelona, a project that connects music, contemporary creation and community within the urban space.

The call proposes the design of the two main stages for Cruïlla 2026, to be held from July 8 to 11 at Parc del Fòrum. Conceived as spatial devices capable of shaping collective identity, the proposals should respond to the conceptual framework “Cruïlla is home”, understanding the stages as inhabitable spaces that reinforce a sense of belonging and coexistence.

Two independent prizes of €12,000 each will be awarded, including concept design and technical development. Production will have an estimated budget of €35,000 for the Damm stage and €22,500 for the Occident stage, covered by the festival.

The open call is addressed to architecture studios and will remain open until March 17. The digital submission forms are now available on the Concéntrico website. Selected proposals will be developed in coordination with the technical teams, the scenographer and partner brands, becoming part of the visual and spatial identity of Cruïlla 2026.
