The Heart-Warming Glow

The client for this project is the organizer of the Taiwan Semiconductor Exhibition. The goal of this project is to carefully plan the office space, with a strong focus on the people who will be working in it. By prioritizing the needs and comfort of the individuals who will be using the space, the designer aims to create an environment that is welcoming and inviting. This approach challenges the traditional perception of a cold and uninviting office. The owner is also placing a strong emphasis on communication and interaction between coworkers. By creating a space that fosters communication and encourages people to come together, the hope is to build a stronger sense of community within the workplace.
The team conducted a careful selection process for materials and colors with a warm and steady tone for both the elevator hal and entrance hall. This was done in order to establish a trustworthy corporate image and an approachable, welcoming atmosphere. The intention was to make colleagues and visiting customers feel comfortable and at ease. With regards to the meeting room layout, the team focused on minimizing the walking distance for VIPs by strategically positioning the entrance.
