Sunshine Sprinkles

This project is a 175.2 square meter four-story villa. Although it is a newly completed house, the original builder's design was not well, resulting in re-plan the infrastructure. At the same time, because of the emphasis on a natural and comfortable atmosphere, the design team offers the users a new and different feeling through material changes.
In terms of layout, the design team divides the public and private areas by floor. The first floor is a public living and dining area, with an open plan to meet the needs of the users with a smooth route. The second floor is rooms with private terraces, where tenants can enjoy the beautiful scenery from their bedrooms. The third and fourth floors are also public activity spaces for gathering and relaxing with friends.
