The cramped and dim space resulting from poor partitioning and inadequate lighting can be transformed by altering the space axis with the entrance hall, removing partition walls, and extending natural light with special anti-stain mineral coatings. The wall design and lighting plan, complementing building material color tones, create a harmonious and soft visual perception. Special coatings are selected for their high-temperature resistance, high-humidity, and low maintenance costs.
In line with the living axis, the spatial flow is created by deliberately designing the wall without sharp angles and the lighting plan, complementing the color tones of building materials and creating a harmonious and soft visual perception. Special heat-resistant and high-humidity island climate-friendly anti-stain coatings are selected for the wall, with both visual effects and low maintenance costs. The cloakroom in front of the entrance hall, multifunctional storage room, and semi-open study on one side of the living room enhance the overall visual and layering. A gauze curtain is used as a visual barrier between the study and the living room, retaining light transmission while taking into account the details of life such as air conditioning convection and energy conservation, making sustainability a reality in the living space.
Transforming a stagnant, dark old house into a sunny, warm, and functional home with empathy for the resident's meticulousness, linking life details and habits, creating an ideal life blueprint that combines sustainability and beauty.
