Soaring Light and Colors

The project is a lecture hall for a cosmetic surgery clinic, offering a venue for local dermatologists and dermatologists in the Asian-Pacific region to conduct international research. Space is defined as a place incorporates the features of exquisiteness of a top-quality guest house and professionalism of academic exchange. The calmness of dark woods is combined with the ever-changing light on the ceiling to fill this lecture hall for professional practices with liveliness.

With less decoration, light is used to create the many faces of the space to save energy and reduce carbon emissions. The color blue is heavily used to create depth and width. Multilayers of blue create a sense of coziness in the space. The lecture hall has a capacity of 75 people, which the symmetric arrangement of chairs and the layered and stacked lines of its curtain and folding doors are designed to give a sense of order in the space. The reflective effects created by black mirrors, titanium and paint glass bring out a senses of modern technology while indicating the fact that space is used for a cutting-edge industry: cosmetic surgery and its goal to head for an innovative future.
