The 50-year-old house has fragmentary layout, low ceiling, old pipelines, multiple wall problems, and obvious beams and columns. The moving line is not in line with the residents' usage habits and there is insufficient storage space.
Five specific designs:
First, the original door and working balcony entrance are changed, and a complete TV wall is retained to improve the fragmentary layout.
Second, the direction of entrance door and kitchen door is changed, to form the entryway and create the dust area, with the tile and wood floor to divide the boundary, for the mood transition after entering the house.
Third, the less used kitchen and dining room areas are cut down, and the space is left for the living room, to make the moving line smoother.
Fourth, the ceiling and the beams and columns are decorated with curved lines to soften the spatial tone and improve the problems of low ceiling and obvious beams and columns.
Fifth, one original narrow bedroom is changed into a dressing room, to reduce the burden of master bedroom, and strengthen the storage function.
