Secondly, an open plaza is being constructed on the front side of the building, which will be integrated with green landscaping, creating a perfect spot for residents to unwind and relax.

Moreover, the building's low-profile grey and white color scheme is intended to harmonize with the surrounding community's green belts and facilities. This thoughtful design fosters a mutually beneficial relationship between the structure and nature, making it a true masterpiece.
