The location, situated between the bustling city and the majestic mountains, has greatly influenced the use of raw concrete texture and solid wood panels for the façade, instead of the more commonly used tiles and stone. The building’s appearance is truly breathtaking, bringing together the rugged texture of fair-faced concrete and the warm texture of natural wood panels in perfect harmony. The architects' meticulous planning of the functional spaces is evident, with careful consideration given to the effects of different architectural orientations. The main living area is strategically located on the east side of the hill, providing ample natural light and reduced noise from the bustling traffic below. On the other hand, the balcony's curvature closely mimics the rolling mountain ridges, creating a stunning visual that seamlessly blends with the natural environment. On the west side, a sloping wall panel design maximizes the sun shading and filtering effect, effectively reducing the impact of the sun's rays on the living space.
