The renovated three-story house, designed and supervised by the grandfather, has been transformed into a hipster café-B & B by the grandson, who loves coffee. The reinforced house has a modern Western feel with a white façade, inner walls, and openwork parapets. The atrium in the middle of the house is filled with lush trees, bringing in sunlight and coffee aroma that spills into every corner of the building, making for a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The first floor is an open-concept café, with burlap coffee bags, glass walls surrounding the atrium, and no dividers, allowing patrons to admire the process of making coffee. The café retains some mottled, uneven veins on the wall, giving it an industrial style with a sense of history. There are tables for two and four, a long table for gatherings, and bar-seats facing the atrium for people who come alone.
The B & B on the second and third floors has a double room and a quadruple room with pinkish white walls, mellow wooden flooring, and simple lines of furniture, making it laid-back and relaxing. Tables and chairs are laid out for drinking coffee, creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
The old building and new life come together perfectly, just like a wonderful setting and a good cup of coffee that is hard to forget. The warmth of the coffee helps explore the spiritual serenity among people, making for an unforgettable experience.
