Zhongjiang Construction Company has established a new office space in the factory environment of the Creative Park. With the original intention of "green design", how to make the design more environmentally friendly, resource recycling, and sustainable development in the future is not only an important issue that needs to be explored in this project, but also a trend in the future design.
New functional implants inject new vitality. Each functional space is embedded into the original space with three-dimensional modules, forming organic links with the interwoven structure. Multiple volumes are built into the space, enclosing a new field between the original building and walls, maintaining fluidity between the spaces. By leaving blank transitions and material transformations, the spatial hierarchy is separated, forming a contrast with the original factory building's retained structure, turning the new indoor space into an independent element. The dialogue between the site space and the texture of the factory buildings in the park focuses on the integration of space creation and boundaries, providing new insights into the understanding of space.
