Raft

This project is a collective residence on the 25th floor above the ground. Its shape is mainly vertical vocabulary. It is designed in a four-panel double-tower design, so that each household has sufficient ventilation and nature light. The two towers are connected by an empty bridge to create the image of a rainbow bridge in the sky. Enrich the urban landscape and become a landmark in the surrounding area. Furthermore, the base is facing 40 meters of Huanhe Road, the main building retreats more than 20 meters away from the road to avoid a sense of oppression of the street, and is close to the 10M park green belt overlooking Wuxi River, and then changes with the volume of waves and streamlines corresponding to the texture of the base, the vertical volume is mainly divided into three parts: the base, the middle section and the top layer. The horizontal dimension also uses the concave and convex to advance and retreat to provide an open community entrance plaza; the two sides also use the balconies to integrate the modeling elements to create a virtual and solid volume. The corresponding relationship of the folded board increases the interest of the building.
