Pizhou Runcheng · Spring Scenery Marketing Center

The project is located in Pizhou, China, covering 1831 sq.m. Inspired by the painting "Spring Outgoing", the designers integrate the design with the culture of Pizhou.

The reception is adorned with jade carvings of the Yulan flower and Pi Xiu representing fortune, to show Pizhou’s cultural legacy and create a welcoming setting. In the sand table area, mortise and tenon, a traditional craft full of Chinese wisdom, is nested with modern tech and materials.

By removing redundant partitions, the discussion area becomes more open. The cultural and folklore experience area is added, creating a stronger cultural aura and visitors can empathize with the local culture easily.

"The elf riding the swallow" IP, in a dynamic flying gesture, is produced in the book bar area by fusing Pizhou’s historical allusion, to convey the City's innovative and inclusive spirit. Part of spaces are turned into VIP rooms, to give clients more privacy, while children can play happily in playground.

On the -1F, the crystal swallow device depicts the lake, mountains and swallows in an elegant way. Residents can swim freely in the thermostatic swimming pool. Thus, the city and its citizens are closely linked.
