Noble House Office Tower is situated in the Mega Kuningan Area of Jakarta's Golden Triangle Central Business District. It is meant to be a distinctive and elegant building within the Mega Kuningan Master Plan.
The 30-floor massing corresponds to two interlocking volumes positioned to address the strong radial character of the site's geometry. Each of the two volumes has its own distinctive façade treatment of horizontal and vertical fins that coexist harmoniously to give the building a visually extended height and an executive look and feel.
The outdoor ground floor area is covered by a semi-opaque façade and a naturally-ventilated podium, designed with the characteristics of a Tropical Garden that also extends to the retail section of the development. The reflective water features emphasise porosity and double as an elegantly formed boundary between the property and the public thoroughfare.
The Main lobby is designed at executive quality, accentuated by the beige and brown tonalities of Travertine and Angola Brown Marble respectively. A Lighting Installation from the artist Nikolas Weinstein in the main lobby further adds to its elegance.
