Display the overall space via modern style, while the public space used for social purposes emphasize on practical and cozy ambience with a majestic sentiment. Another separated private space rather praises simple comfort, offering people with relaxed and carefree spatial expressions.

Based on the neutral grey tone as the main theme, various types of materials are applied to demonstrate the nature of grey color. The stereotypical impressions of grey include dignity and conservativeness, whereas the categorized dark grey rather gives out the messages of imperceptible wisdom and success, while light grey demonstrates a calmness resembling a philosopher. Different splendors are created with the stacking of alternating utilization of different materials.

At the beginning of the design, the independent residence which has been divided vertically requires more thoughts to be put into the functional planning and the venue arrangement, as well as tests the designers’ skills due to the spatial restrictions of the staircase and the elevator. For this, solving the functions and the needs via different layers has indirectly highlighted the advantages of independent housing.
