MJ Residence

This particular construction, originally a semi-finished residence, was thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of an active and playful family. With a spacious 280 square meters of usable space, it provides ample room for comfortable living. Currently, it serves as the cozy abode of a married couple and their two young sons who are in elementary school and kindergarten, respectively. The house offers a welcoming and nurturing environment for the family to grow and create cherished memories together.
At the outset of the design process, the homeowner set forth a myriad of aspirations for the space. Foremost among those was the creation of an expansive and well-illuminated area for their children to frolic in. Equally important was the incorporation of four functional rooms into the design- a master bedroom, two children's rooms, and a study. Maintenance of the pre-existing three sets of bathrooms was also a top priority, as was the implementation of enhanced storage capabilities.
