The quality of living between the family members is the priority of design. After several discussions with the client, the designer has planned the space in earth tone colors which has made the space simple and elegant. Also, using the same color to build the place and the method of combining different materials together, the space has manifested a sense of multi-layers from the entrance. As to the balcony, the designer has established it with retractable curtains and left a flexible space for the client to use. The designer has also chosen the building materials for the private domain carefully so as to create a space that meets the client’s living standard. Nevertheless, the importance of living quality is taken pretty seriously for the designer, such as using eco-friendly and non-toxic materials to build the interior space and setting up a total heat exchanger system.
