Located next to the South Third Ring Road at Yan Ta district in Xi’an, Lovi Centre is a mixed-use development comprises two Grade-A office towers with a five-star hotel, connected by a large scale shopping mall. An ‘Urban Oasis’ is created by integrating natural rhythm into the urban fabric and introducing a layered vertical green experience at the podium. The design language extends to the elegant cylindrical form of the office towers conceptualised as the ‘City of Flower’ and fused with the seasonal-themed gardens at the podium to enrich the Garden City theme. The biophilic design and expressive use of colours are contrast to Xi’an’s monochrome urban image.
Premised on nature, the development layout takes inspiration from the four seasons, vegetation and mountain characteristics, and they influence the public space in the podium, the interior space of the towers, as well as the facades and canopies throughout the development. Injected with vibrancy and envisioned as a garden city, Lovi Centre is filled with 100% natural greenery and flowers through podiums, gardens and green belts, marking itself a people-centric location with diverse commercial activities.
