Living Aesthetics

Owner of this residential design project is fascinated with industrial style’s distinctive flair and was eager in bringing it into his own residence. The result is a spatial ambiance where functionality meets aesthetics – an interpretation of wildness and boldness.

The designer integrated observations made on industrial style and living aesthetics and laid out an exquisite space and texture with iron pieces, aluminum pieces, and stainless-steel materials. Distinctive ambiance of sophistication and slight wildness has allowed the still objects to effortlessly connect the whole place, transforming originally plain daily routine into mesmerizing life experience.

Entering the unit, it is easily noticeable that the foyer walkway is disproportionally long, so we have made the functional storage cabinets hanging; the cabinet door is designed with iron nets and scattered patchwork of imported tiles, which agree with the wall lamp and cover the previously crowded visual. There is not much space in the public area to place furniture or other objects, so after discussing with the client, the commonly seen sofa and coffee table were eliminated.
