La Cresta House 3

House 3 is a four-storey villa set within a traditional mansion lot of a luxury development, built along the mountainside of Kau To Shan in Shatin, boasting impressive hillside views. Shatin is surrounded by natural beauty with strong cosmopolitan links, taking inspiration from the geographical location of the site and channeling this abstract to the warmth and elegance of coffee, the interior design balances an organic and urban aesthetic to reflect the site’s environment.

The overall design uses a range of deep browns with complementary colours to draw further attention to the smooth tones and feature imported decorative lighting pieces to enhance the interior balancing a home which emanates a contemporary and luxurious design.
