Subtle & poetic, this interior of 165-sqm is a cohesive work of the designer’s dedication aided with the owner’s female touch. Around the theme ‘Vacation’, while taking merit of its location proximity to the owner’s sibling and parents’, this residence bears added mission as a family-circle leisure abode.
A consistent tone of light oak runs the space whilst functional zones punctuated via color and texture of similar palette, thus creating an airy and pleasant atmosphere. Aligned along the axis of living and dining, the multi-purpose room features a sliding door and tatami mats to remain flexible whenever needed.
The Island bar counter effectively connects common areas to encourage interaction within family and with visitors. Woven carpets that are in place for living and private zones deliver a vacation vibe of coziness. The balcony is transformed into a little garden, a green corner for body-mind tranquility.
Through intricate mix-match of material and texture, the rhythm of life is showcased via layering, lightness and transparency. Vivid expressions of space progress day from day and become inseparable part of a four-member family’s life story.
