Humble Luxury

The design concept was based on the idea of providing Spatial Semantics for space users, a breakthrough to the conventional residential layout, with living room, dining area, kitchen island-bench, study and all other public domains consolidated into an open yet connected core living domain. At the same time, through demarcation tools such as arches and materials in order to preserved the layering gradation of the interior. In view of the hustle and bustle of the urban life, the design team was inspired by the concept of re-starting a life of fun, while satisfying the social needs of the client for the weekend, along with spatial layout that created independent reading and meditating area, as well as interactive zones for family interactions. The design adopted the modern light classical styling, extended from the design of the exterior and lobby so as to allow the interior and architecture to echo each other.
