Hengyu Qianhai Financial Center, ACE Holdings Office

This project is located in the Qianhai Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen, which integrates super Grade A offices, top-class apartments and metropolitan businesses, while bringing together the world's top design teams. The inspiration for the whole project comes from Ken Kelleher's flow series of works, which hopes to implement the design concept of "flow space" in the consideration of spatial layout and dynamic design, and to realize the free and independent walls and interpenetration of space, and thus form a flowing, coherent, separated but not separated space, thereby making a new space of wisdom with "humanity, technology and environment".
In the construction of this office, the design team explores the relationship between future office and urban development from four dimensions: fashion, technology, socialization, and ecology, with the theme of "future urban technology office", and relying on the project's geographical advantage of being near the sea, the concept of the ocean is integrated into the space, and the aesthetic vein of the natural scenery in the space is constructed.
