This project is a renovation residence about 90m2. The plan was overall layout adjustments based on the user needs, including extending the wall at the foyer by ingeniously using a stylish high cabinet, utilizing the difference in the materials of the tiles and the wooden flooring to create a sense of completeness for the guest-welcoming area and separating the interior from the exterior, as well as using the hollowed technique of the cabinet to maintain an adequate amount of openness, while ingeniously shielding the vision leading directly to the dining room and the kitchen.
The solid wall of the study room is replaced with iron and glass materials with a lighter feel, offering an obvious enlarging effect in order to obtain a maximized depth of field for the public zone; moreover, the alteration of the direction of the door to the study room allows for perfect integration of the necessary facilities such as the fridge and the cabinet of the electrical appliances in the dining room and the kitchen, while the retrieved door to the master bedroom extends the width of the television wall, as well as establishing better privacy for the circulation of the master bedroom.
