Since this spacious residential area has plenty of daylight, the design team takes advantage to maximize it. The design, geometric elements are adopted in many ways, such as the louvers partition, the bevel lines, the geometric windows frame, etc., and the light transmission characteristics of special glass, mirror glass, etc., harmoniously introduce the sunlight through the house, creating a gentle and comfortable characteristics. In the public area and the study room, movable sliding doors are used to vaguely define the space and giving the users more flexibility. In addition, the coming daylight makes the connecting wall to the private areas less convergent, the monochrome paint colors converges the spatial tone. This light and dark colors distribution reflects the front facade, making the end view wall in the distance behind the entrance express the long depth image of the main wall, and at the same time bring out the layered feeling of the progressive extension of the overall space. The use of curved elements in many ways allows the open space to have dynamic and smooth path transitions under the characteristics of arcs, making the overall space more transparent.
