This case is mainly aimed at the retired group, hoping to still have a high-quality life in the city. In a densely populated city, in a limited space and a complicated external environment, it provides the elderly residents with an open life and enjoy the greenery of the mountains and forests.
Most of Taiwan's single-family designs are oriented toward young people, using unique design techniques, but in fact, Taiwan's aging population is rather serious, and the needs of retired people cannot be ignored. This case refers to relevant documents, studies the social, psychological, and physiological needs of the elderly, deeply ponders the problem of urban population aging, and makes a new design that is in line with the elderly population in Asia.
It is difficult to get close to nature in the city center. Faced with such limitations, chose to integrate the beauty of nature into the design concept. The large split stones show the texture of the mountains, matched with wood material, and the balcony is supplemented by planting, so residents can still feel the natural atmosphere.
