Located in the core area of Foshan China, Jinbo Tianjie is a one-stop commercial complex above the planned interchange site of two Metro Lines. The gross floor area is about 269,000 square meters, integrating a five-star hotel, Grade-A office building and an 8-story (2 underground and 6 above ground) centralized shopping center.
The design of Jinbo Tianjie is inspired by Lingnan traditional garden. The podium façade and towers use horizontal lines to symbolize the pavilion standing in mountains. Spaces flowing in the project compares the water flowing in between the mountain and pavilion. The west façade is shaped by interspersed and staggered blocks to form the undulating state of the mountains, while the commercial format on the roof is like villages among the mountains in Lingnan garden.
Designed by PHA, Jinbo Tianjie is a new commercial landmark for Foshan, helping Foshan to enhance its influence as the key node city of Greater Bay Area.
