In the public space, marbleizing ceramic panels are merged with steel pieces and teak furniture; in the private space, veneer is widely used to cover the cabinets and wall panels.
Besides, to keep good lighting and fresh air in the room, the designer aims to achieve the open vision appeal in the entryway, study room and kitchen. To make this end, the ventilation door is installed in the kitchen which allows the air to circulate in the space. As for the lighting, to light up every corner of the space, not only the grille screen is set at the entryway, but the study room is divided with glass wall. By doing so, the space seems to be bigger and the sunlight is able to be introduced from living room to dining room.
For the clients’ health and safety, the design process follows the Green Design standards. That is, in every design stage, the designer needs to precisely calculate the energy efficiency of every electric appliances and lighting. The effusion rate of TVOC in coating is calculated as well. Moreover, providing a worker-friendly construction environment is unneglectable and important.
