Project Description
A sight dissected into interwoven real and virtual spaces by the use of screens greets the spectator upon stepping into the interior of the house. Demarcation without physical walls allows the lines of sight to expand. Overall, the interior space uses light as a medium and gauze as the interface to create layers that overlap and demarcate real and virtual spaces. At sunset, the space feels totally different, allowing one to bask in the beauty of the setting sun. The hustle and bustle of city life is suddenly forgotten as one is immersed in the atmosphere of slow life.
Design features:
1. The extension of spaces is adopted as the guideline for interior design, creating a feast for the eyes and the mind.
2. Screens frame and demarcate the space, creating layers with real and virtual spaces.
3. Vertical lines dissect the walls in the common space, imbuing the space with life.
