The Yen’s Tea Garden team takes the promotion of Taiwan tea as its focal mission and through the "Make in the Mountains, Learning from Tea" as the starting point, we adopt a friendly approach to spread tea knowledge, facilitating an end-to-end experience where young people can experience becoming a tea picker, sun-drying to making the finished product and they make their own cup of tea. This is envisaged to encourage young people through a hands-on process, to appreciate the fact that a delicious cup of tea is not easy to come by. Young people can explore tea plantations and learn more about Taiwan’s fascinating tea culture and related knowledge through professional lecturers and guides. During the experience, people can roll their own tea cakes without mixing them with other tea leaves and they are roasted and packed separately, making for a reassuring and resonating experience that is distinct from other similar experiences offered by others.Identify with the hard work and stories of tea farmers, while also allowing the public to learn about the importance of food and agricultural education and gain more knowledge about Taiwanese tea.
