Based on the profound mountain and ocean culture in Wenling, the design of Exclusive Mansion Sales Center integrates each local culture as a branch into the space aesthetics, giving each large area a different theme, and interpreting the oriental majesty and vastness through modern design method. The reception hall welcomes the guests with the unconventional scale and ultimate comfort. The symmetrical spatial structure interprets the oriental beauty of order. The dark luxury stone and smoked wood veneer convey a sense of grandeur. The theme of mountains and rocks presented by pure colors conveys the clean and powerful disposition of the mountains. Two groups of semi-circular sofas naturally enclose a comfortable and relaxing seating area. The shape of the white chair is taken from the calla lily, like a lonely flower blooming gracefully among the mountains and rivers, symbolizing hope and eternity. Adhered to the context of the land, the negotiating area dominates most of the area, which takes the marine culture as the starting point to express the vastness and inclusiveness of the ocean.
