The project is located in the center of the project demonstration area. The south side faces a large area of waterscape landscape, and the north side is the corridor of the main entrance of the community. Space faced to the outdoor view is left blank and empty for a better display of the outdoor landscape so that the indoor space and the outdoor have a better linkage. And at the same time, it also allows the light and shadow to interact with the space as much as possible, forming a difference in the space that changes with time. The space design theme revolves around locality, elements of the Lingnan architecture as a unique symbol of Foshan Local style are mixed into the space through modern design techniques.
The front of the reception lobby is close to the floor-to-ceiling windows with elements of Lingnan window grille to increase the spatial level. The water ripple stone on the inner side echoes the sparkling waterscape on the outer side, which is agile and interesting. The vertical hollow grille on one side is another modern expression of grille, the whole reception lobby is simple and elegant, and the details of the elements reveal the speciality of Lingnan Water Village.
