Elegance Is In the Air

The client raises a pair of lively twins. Busyness and intense in daily life is such that they particularly miss the time of traveling and being on vacations when they can enjoy peace and quiet. The design team arranged the layout complying with the features of the base, and placed elements similar to boutique hotels into each area, creating an interior environment where the children can grow up safe and sound while the couple could get to enjoy an elegant life. The core concept is based on the client’s desire of living in a boutique-hotel-like environment. Elements from hotels are transformed and integrated into every functional area following the existing conditions, creating elegant scenes in daily life. At the entrance, a separated hallway is formed by doubled sided cabinet and tawny glasses. To the left of it is public spaces, such as a living room, a study and a kitchen; make the TV cabinet, which is shaped as a fireplace, the main focus; since there is a large window in the kitchen area, it is built as a “sunlight kitchen.”
