Eastern Aesthetics

This villa is designed on the basis of the ancient literati’s ideal style in the Southern Song Dynastic that creates a new eastern holiday lifestyle. The house is designed with the layouts progressively developed along the central baseline and with the classical craftsmanship of the Master of the Nets Garden in Suzhou, all of which displaying the sequential features of the ancient Chinese architectures in the contemporary house, and applying the aesthetics of Song Dynasty in the house decorations. The designer gives full expression of “literati space of Jiangnan” that exactly shows a mood of eastern mysterious aesthetics.

The splendid entrance expanded inward the main outdoor area of villa, where is decorated with the crafty architectural elements and the elaborate ornaments. The lighting fixtures decorated along the courtyard figuratively resemble the flower petals. The wood rails consistently surrounding the courtyard are captivating. The blue cozy and fashionable garden chairs, as the daylight scattering through wood rails, signify the contrast of classical and contemporary elements.
