The City Park Junior is an improvement product mainly aimed at the upper and middle class in Chengdu, with gardens mainly presenting light luxury and tonal quality space. The designer hopes to introduce a hotel-style lifestyle of living near water, creating six major water dwelling experiences: stepping on the water, floating on the water, walking in streams, resting on the water, listening to the water, and living by the water. Thus, to emphasize an elegant lifestyle style, with a more elegant and gentle design.
The landscape concept is integrated into the typical Sichuan life, integrating the characteristics of Chengdu that are both surrounded by nature and exquisite living into the garden style, forming the theme concept of a floating forest surrounded by it.
The landscape is combined with the overall facade design of a 50M-long building to enhance the original municipal image, and the concept of embracing nature and the design techniques of different twists and turns are used in a space of less than 2000 ㎡ to create a small to large spatial effect. At the same time, utilizing a large amount of overall stone and cutting to shape the project's sense of volume.
