Nestled in the heart of a bustling metropolis, this residential property planning project stands tall with 15 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. The location boasts a perfect blend of amenities including educational institutions, commercial establishments, transportation hubs, entertainment centers, and financial facilities, making it an ideal place to live. The complex has been thoughtfully designed with the comfort and convenience of residents, neighbors, and the environment in mind. The design caters to various needs such as spacious riding floors, separate pedestrian and vehicular lanes, eco-friendly green spaces, top-notch safety measures, disaster prevention planning, and intelligent building solutions. All these features come together to create a luxurious, comfortable, and high-quality living environment that has immense potential for future development.
Taking into account the rainy climate and strong sunshine, the team installed a veranda specifically designed to provide shelter from both the sun and rain for pedestrians. This not only caters to the needs of the residents, but also complements the layout of the stores on the first floor. It provides a comfortable place for commercial activities, thereby continuing the original function of the area. Furthermore, to ensure the safety of the residents, the team implemented a design that separates pedestrian and vehicle lanes. The driveway entrance and exit were also moved back by 4.6 meters to create a buffer space and provide better visibility for vehicles entering and exiting the building. Additionally, the driveway entrance is equipped with a waterproof gate that effectively resists flooding and prevents residents from suffering losses to their lives and properties. Moreover, a rooftop garden on the top floor of the building serves a dual purpose.
