C FutureCity Phase I

Located in Futian Shangsha Village and close to golf course and metro in Shenzhen, Centralcon C Future City (Phase 1) is conveniently accessible. The development consists of two 300m super high-rise towers, three serviced apartments and 80,000 sq m high-end retail. To cater the contemporary needs of urban development, the design incorporates technology, art and nature to deliver a mixed-use hub.

The 300m-tall twin towers are set to become the timeless gateways fronting Shenzhen CBD. Minimising the visual impact from the surrounding buildings, the neat and linear architectural form creates a vibrant landmark through jagged window panels.

The retail podium adopts folded curtain walls to incorporate billboards, full-height glass, electro-mechanical equipment and featured lightings. Facing the urban interface, the podium displays the retail space and art pieces in an organised and attractive way. The main entrance adopts advanced curtain walls, creating an impressive arrival experience with 12m tall glass panels. The interiors uses digital installation and green wall. The design vitalises the city through enhancing the spatial and public values.
