This apartment underwent a complete renovation, transforming the property from a four-bedroom flat filled with idle spaces into a well-appointed home that makes full use of every available inch of space. Because the owners frequently , they wanted to introduce an open style that would almost capture the feel of a grand clubhouse, so they turned to us for help. The end result is dean and contemporary, marking a vast improvement on the original floorplan.
Designer set about breaking down the floor plan, reducing the number of bedrooms to just one in order to provide plenty of space where the owners could host guests. Designer divided the flat into two separate wings: a public area that houses the lounge, dining area and study room; as well as a private area that plays home to the master bedroom, wardrobe and storage facilities.
Different raw materials were applied to different areas for decoration. For example, the main entrance has been decked out with a leather-mounted wall featuring an embossed design to one side, and a separate marble wall decorated with plant-shaped patterns on the other.
