An Everlasting Lagecy

As the first case of a C2C (Cradle to Cradle) certified design project approved by EPEA in Taiwan and Asia area, this interior design is the first that draws all the parties together, for designers, material suppliers, constructors, and residents to work together and achieve such innovation. Initially an old residential building in Taipei’s streets with 48 years’ history, the building is not only renovated into a brand new living space with minimalist Scandinavian aesthetics, it is also given a new life through the eco-friendly design techniques. Through all the hard work from different professionals united, the space is turned into a home living that holds functions, sustainability and aesthetics all in one.

Including both green-building design and sustainable concepts, the designer introduces a smart living environmental control system to the project in order to create an illuminated and well-ventilated living space. In addition, the designer applies all the building materials and furniture that are C2C certified, EU Eco labeled, Taiwan Green Building Material Marked, or produced under the International EPD System.
