This is a demonstration unit for developer in Kunming, China. The box size is around 3.5m width, 6.8m length, 5m height. Desiger proposed an nice living environment for a single lady. The space well fit all living requirement, such as double height living room, dinning area, open kithen, bathroom, open bedroom with big closet. It is exactly the dream flat for all single lady. The challange of this flat must be the limited construction budget. As the interior design will also be applied to the handover standard to all flats of that #1 building. Designer spend much time to go through all materials with different apartments form the client, in order to achieve the very limited construction budget. Of course the designer also need to make sure the overall interior design effect.
