The project aims in forming a unique urban community and environment, featuring five main functions; residential, commercial, cultural, entertainment and offices which reflects the different cultural aspects at which alexandria holds, making it a cosmopolitan cultural city defining its character. futhermore it’s considered that the project is a focal point at which the local and the foreign investments are going to flourish, giving a major and sustainable leap in developing the local economics.
