ABOUT
Located in the historical district of Linyi, CR Land Linyi MiXC is expected to be a landmark for future city development. The project creates a three dimensional park unifying the existing urban landscape and integrates cultural spaces in the vicinity into one. The facade kite flying pattern comes from the local culture. This pattern is been seen throughout the facade where a collage of diamonds are manipulated to create a uniquely memorable tapestry of movement and vitality.

ABOUT
The framework was formulated and crafted by overlaying corporate workplace, co-working space and retail with a community inspired experience, resulting in a unified and distinct design language - a sequence of unique and characteristic spaces that encourages social interaction. We created a dialogue between the building and the urban environment, at the same time, the elaborate facade improves the aesthetics of the district.

ABOUT
Creating energetic urban public space with pedestrian friendly scale while respecting the existing urban context is the core design principle for this large scale urban complex. We opened up the northeast corner of the site, right cross street from Hongjialou Cathedral which is a historical landmark of the city, and dedicated it as a cultural plaza. At the center of this plaza is the renovated 100-year-old Sister House. This unique experience marks the entry point. The outdoor shopping precinct offers services and opportunities in culture, leisure and entertainment, it is an attractive new hub and the new landmark in Ji’nan that attracts a wide range of customers and visitors. The outdoor district shares connections with indoor mall on multiple levels, which encourages a more diversified shopping experience.
