ABOUT

Along the runway park, we designed a "linked activity bar" to connect the north and south. Performance center, "Cirque Du Soleil Anchor" is created to activate the runway and linked bar. Offices, hotel and retails are planned with independent courtyards as the extension from the runway. Building massing are broken down into smaller scale stacked boxes and provide diverse façade design. LED glass canopy and "ball" surface will provide animating light show to encourage street level's events.

ABOUT

With "Phoenix" concept, the office building top, and podium massing are mimicking phoenix's crown and tail. 8 corner offices are created to make the building slender. Tower top executive floors with interior garden and skylight allow magnificent views toward lakes and river. Main entrance has folded canopy and facade. Large scale transparent glass brings in natural light to welcome visitors. Independent sky atriums and reception are designed to satisfy client's multi-disciplined business need.

ABOUT

This five stars hotel, starting from the "Sail" concept, we create S shape massing to animate the interface between city and nature. Long building massing is cut by 3 urban view corridors to allow visual porosity, and edges are slopped to create dynamic forms. Ocean waves are mimicked on the sea front facades, while the urban side facades emphasize horizontal motions. Hotel ballroom is oval shape with spiral ramp encouraging visitors on the green roof for public activities.
